All players can set limits on the amount of money they can deposit by visiting "Manage Account", or by contacting our customer support. Deposit limits are available based on 24 hours, 7 days and 30 day periods.
If you would like a break from the site, you can set an instant cool off for a period of time of either '24 Hours', '48 Hours', '1 week', '2 weeks' or '4 weeks' by visiting "Manage Account". Your account will automatically reopen once your chosen period has elapsed.
Cool Down's operate differently to the self-exclusion facility in that you may receive marketing during this period. You should consider using self exclusion if you have any concerns whatsoever about your gambling behaviour.
If you think you may have a problem controlling your gambling we give you the option to close your account for a minimum period of 6 months (there is no maximum and self exclusion can be permanent) and your account will not be reopened under any circumstances during the exclusion period (unlike a standard account closure). We will also remove you from our contact database.
Please be aware that after the self exclusion period has passed, your account will not be automatically reopened

Reality Checks allow you to set a timer to remind yourself how long you’ve been playing per session. Once set, you’ll be reminded via a pop-up once your chosen time interval is reached.
- To set a Reality Check, head to Manage Account, then choose a time interval from the drop-down menu – 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours. Clicking SET TIMER will activate your Reality Check for that session. To play without a Reality Check, simply leave the menu on the default ‘Don’t remind me’ setting.
- Once a Reality Check is set, the timer will start as soon as you make a wager and you’ll then get a pop-up once you’ve reached your chose time interval. If you move between games, the timer will pause between gameplay. Upon receiving your pop-up reminder, you can choose to exit the game you are playing, view your wager history, or continue playing. If you choose to keep playing, you’ll get a pop-up reminder at the same time interval for the rest of your session.
- If you log out of your account or your session times out, the Reality Check function will revert to ‘Don’t remind me’ for the next session. If you want to play with a Reality Check in place, you must manually activate it each time you start a new session or switch devices.
