Are you looking for a game which requires strategy and quick thinking to win? Blackjack might be your game! Simply attain a higher hand than the dealer before going bust and the cash is yours.
Blackjack features piano music and the calming voice-over of the dealer (who you can opt to be either male or female using the PREFERENCES tab) which gives the game a very chilled out atmosphere. This is ideal if you want to be able to sit back, relax and focus on your strategy. If you enjoyed the aesthetic of games like European Roulette and Sunrise Reels then there is a good chance you’ll enjoy this.
How To Play
If you haven’t played Blackjack before then the game may seem a little bit daunting at first. However, there’s no need to worry – it’s actually very easy and fun to play! When you enter the game, you’ll be invited to place your bets using the chips at the bottom of the screen. Select the chip value which you would like to bet with: 1, 5, 25, 100 or 500. Click any of the 5 rectangles in front of you to place a chip on it. Once you’ve placed your bets, you can double your wager (and potential payout) by clicking on the DOUBLE BET button. If you place a bet and then change your mind, you can undo this using the UNDO button, or even clear all of your bets by clicking on CLEAR ALL.
Once you’re happy with your bets, click DEAL. Each rectangle with a bet on it will then have two cards added to them. The values of the two cards will be added together and make a number lower than 21. The dealer will also receive two cards, the value of which will not be revealed until the end of the match. The computer will select each of your pair of cards in turn, and you can choose to either have another random card added to it (a HIT) or to keep it as it is (to STAND). The aim is to get your cards as close to 21 as possible without exceeding that value. If you choose to HIT on one of your sets and the additional card pushes the value of that set to over 21, you will go BUST. At the end of the round, the dealer has another card added to their set. For every set of cards which is closer to 21 than theirs, you will win the round – for every set which is lower, you lose.
If you are dealt a set of cards made up of an Ace and any of the Jack, Queen or King symbols, then you will have got a BLACKJACK. If the dealer also has a BLACKJACK then you will lose. However, if they don’t then you have automatically won on that set of cards.
You can play Blackjack on PC, iOS and Android devices, meaning that if you want, you can very easily play when you’re on the move!
